Welcome to the HIGH FEST Tenth International Performing Arts Festival!

We are pleased to inform, that over past ninth years the Festival has significantly expanded and has drawn international attention. From 2006 it is announced, by many performing arts networks as a main theatre festival of the former USSR countries (except of Moscow). We are expecting more than 400 participants (theatre companies and VIP guests) from more than 30 countries (Russia, UK, France, USA, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Israel, Belgium, Kazakhstan, India, Japan, Singapore and other countries) at the event.

Two Programmes will be held in the framework of the Festival:

• International Programme of Puppet and Children Performances;
  
• ARMS FEST - Armenian International Student and Youth Programme;
  
• Iranian Theatre Program;
  
• Georgia - Armenia Performing Arts Platform;
