& Shock Experimental Theatre was founded in July 2001 in Almaty.
The
main method of performance creating is Dramatic Improvisation. The
actors use different means of performing: improvisation, pantomime,
and onomatopoeia.
The performance “Back in USSR” tells about life of three Soviet girls
in two time spaces: today and yesterday. Their histories can be
watched by the audience through the eyes of female German
journalists who gather archive video materials in the former Soviet
Union.
